Have A Dream

Hope Is A Waking Dream.

Life is fraught with challenges, obstacles and adversities, and each individual’s response is a measure of personal courage and grace. Hope is an option and it is free – it is one of those things in life we cannot do without. I mean, we certainly cannot live on hope alone, but life is certainly not worth living without it :-

The road that is built in hope is more pleasant to the traveler
than the road built in despair, even though
they both lead to the same destination

……………………………………………………………………………

Hope never abandons you, you abandon it.

………………………………………………………………………………..

Hope sees the invisible,
feels the intangible and
achieves the impossible.

………………………………………………………………………………

Were it not for hope the heart would break.

………………………………………………………………………………………

Hope is faith
holding out its hands
in the dark.

Hope has the power to fill our lives with happiness. Hope sustains us through despair. And, each time a hope is fulfilled, it creates confidence in us and leads us to greater hope. Yes, while there is life, hope exists. You see, the good thing is hope is a renewable option; if you run out of it at the end of the day, you get to start over in the morning.

As I conclude this post, “Hope Is A Waking Dream,” I wish to quote from Samuel Johnson, “Hope is itself a species of happiness and perhaps the chief happiness this world affords.” ………………………… Be mindful, hope never abandons you, you abandon it. With that, it certainly takes us a lot of courage to have hope.

Have a happy weekend.
