How can our hearts be healed?
How can we find relief?
Most of us, especially those who had gone through emotional and psychological issues in the heart, could have probably asked someone such questions. I reckon there are plenty of people out there today, who are still desperate to experience ‘love’ – in all its wonderful forms.
Are you kind and considerate to people?
And when someone speaks harshly about you or rudely to you the last time, how did you respond?
Keep your heart open. I mean, try to have a heart that is basically willing to give and receive love. For a moment please do not get me wrong, I mean ‘love’ in all its wonderful forms such as kindness, compassion, respect and friendship.
Everywhere we go these days, we come across people who are hurt and discouraged. Perhaps, some may have made some poor decisions along the way and their life is now in a mess. But, don’t you think the least they need from us is to judge or even criticize them?
In the world today, there are plenty of us crying out for people who love unconditionally. There are many of us having pain bottled up inside them. And if you can open your heart of compassion and be that person’s friend – without judging and condemning and lending that person your ears; you are actually having the opportunity to make a difference in that person’s life.
So, let’s keep our hearts open and fall in love again. Be mindful, they are plenty of people out there who need our compassion. They need someone to bring hope and last but by no means least, to bring healing. They are looking for a friend, someone who will take time to listen to their story and genuinely care.
Today, let’s keep our hearts open and fall in love once again. Don’t wait for someone to be friendly. This time show it. Give a stranger your best smile – you probably won’t realize your smile might be the only sunshine he or she sees all day. Keep your heart open. Open it wide. As wide as you can. And be mindful, …………
A bell is no bell ’til you ring it.
A song is no song ’til you sing it.
And love in your heart
Wasn’t put there to stay.
Love isn’t love
Till you give it away.
Have a meaningful Valentine’s Day. !!!
