There are just too many elements in our lives that we cannot control. At times these elements can make us feel life is overwhelming, painful and serious. And like me, I believe you too had your share of negative things happened and impacted your life at one time or another.
From hindsight, don’t you think even in the midst of those difficult, tough and very challenging times, the important thing for us was not what happen, but how we should deal with what happens?
William H. Johnson once said, “If it is to be, it is up to me.” I believe, when things are not right, we should be the first to come forward and fix them.
Be mindful, start doing and stop ignoring what really needs to be done. And to drop your “victim” mentality as you strive to move forward in life. You must let go of those hurts and pains. Stop comparing your lives with someone else’s. Stop dwelling on what could have been or should have been. And stop complaining; “Why this?” or “Why that?” or “Why me?”
The sad truth is, only a few of us are prepared to do what it takes to address the problems we are facing. I believe, “who” we are is made up of our values, attitudes and perceptions. And we always have a choice of “to do” or “to ignore.”
Choose to look at the brighter side of life . Stop comparing. Stop whining. Work on the things you firmly believe need fixing. Work on being a little nicer than you can be each day. Believe it or not, it makes a world of difference – a better place to live in and you will experience a sense of achievement as well.
Have A Dream? ………………….. Start Doing, Stop Ignoring. !!!
