Too often, we dwell on our depressed feelings rather than on the opportunities in front of us. Indeed, it is very difficult for us to take positive action when we are so burdened with our self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. But, don’t you think the least you could do for yourselves is to recognize what you are going through and what it is doing to you?
You see, in hard times we generally get down on ourselves and begin to feel sorry for ourselves. We become angry and bitter as well. And, we sink deeper and deeper and that is when our self-destructive behavior can become dangerous ………………….
