It is easier to criticize than to create ……………….
How often have we seen people giving responsibility but withholding authority?
Many expect competence, energy, freshness, experience, productivity and so forth all rolled into one …………… How realistic is that?
Allow me to remind you we are often judged by our 3Ps. Performances, Possessions. Positions. Unfortunately, this is not balanced. Many confuse these as the values of life. They keep pushing themselves working on their goals to own these things; performance, possessions and positions. You see, they focus only of the future and consequently, forget to live now in the present ……………
