Don’t Be Such A Pessimist.

Some of us like to scare ourselves with frightful thoughts. Say, making situations worse than they really are. Turning tiny molehills into huge mountains. And, either always complaining or always grumbling.

Don’t be such a pessimist.

Be mindful, your optimism generates the conviction that whatever happens is for the best. The seed of your thoughts and action is essentially hope and good wishes for every one. Once you fully understand the importance of thought, you make them powerful.

Negative expectations almost create negative outcomes for us. We tend to predict gloomy forecast. They paralyze the flow of positive energies and keep us painting our lives in dreary colors.

Each day we face new situations. Nothing remains the same. So when we learn to adapt, we feel happy and optimistic whatever the situation may be …….. Don’t be such a pessimist.

Stay optimistic and keep discovering your true self ……..

Never say a negative word about yourself or entertain a negative thought. Self talk creates a self image which is like our core values. We are the cheerleader for us and our ego takes its clues from our self image.

be nicer to yourself first then you will have space to love and support others. Great stuff Michael

Whatever happens is “for” the best…this “for” hit my chord. Yes, anything which seems worst now would eventually go for the best….Thank you for liking my posts so much. I like your posts very much, too!

There is an undo button… as soon as a negative thought or a fear even remotely arises, think or say “undo” & ” I send it back to the Universe where it do no harm, highest good, no harm be done, in love & light…” Pretty soon you get tired of doing this & just don’t bother with the negative thoughts & fearsπŸ™‚

Nuerologically there is now a mass of evidence that words have a huge chemical impact on our bodies, whether negative or positive. Once we realise this we muct accept that WE are creating the environment in our own bodies through the thoughts and words we use every day. Great post.πŸ™‚

  9. You are so amazing. It takes alot of energy to be positive and I appreciate Daddy God for always ensuring your batteries are supercharged! Have a great day Michael! Thanks for suppporting me.

You are SOOOO right, Michael. We do tend to bring upon ourselves, our own circumstances. Negative thoughts have just as much power as positive thoughts, do. I know … been there, done that.πŸ˜‰

    • Michael says:

Great to have back Orples. Stay optimistic and happy living !!!

The upside to getting older, Michael, is the knowledge you gain, I think. I’ve learned not to take life so seriously that I neglect to enjoy it, as I once did. I’ve learned to roll with the punches and stop to smell the roses, listen to the birds sing, and be grateful for the simple beauty that we tend to take for granted daily… flowers, trees, sunsets, and such. So all is good! Have a wonderful weekend and keep those happy thoughts going yourself!πŸ˜‰

        • Michael says:

Very well said Orples. I am living the approach you wrote as well. Living with less stress and back to basic lifestyle. You, too, have a wonderful weekend my friend !!!
