Let It Out !!!

HAPPINESS is something we create in our minds. It is not something you search for and so seldom find. It is just waking up and beginning the day. By counting your blessings and kneeling to pray.

Find a place to let out all those repressed angers, deep traumas and buried resentments which you may have deep inside your heart. Let it out …….. Shout, scream, express your anger and then release them all. You see, by letting out our repressed anger is not the same as being quick tempered. While, releasing anger heals, losing anger burns – it is just not the same. You will find and feel a lightness of being? It makes you feel good about yourself. And, along the way, your body and mind begins to heal.

Warmest wishes in all your undertakings for the coming month.

keep excelling and God Bless.

Michael.

  1. Hi Michael,

I like the brevity of your post and the recipe contained therein. But find it simplistic. Letting out repressed angers and resentments by ” screaming” is easier said than done. Excepting a momentary release of energy, this can be a superficial method under the best of situations.

May I point you to what I had posted a while back and that may allow you ( and other readers) some answers and a way forward on the aspect of Happiness.

Cheers and all poer to you, Michael.

Thanks Shakti. You have a point. I reckon, there is, “no one option fits all” concept. We do different things at different times. Something light to begin with …………

“A little laughter, a little song, a little teardrop, when all things go wrong. A little calm and a little strife, a little loving and that is life.”

Have a great day and best regards !!!

Extremely good advice and post. As you so well pointed out, anger is simply a tool and how we use it is key🙂

  3. Michael, I will never stop telling you, how motivational your posts are.. This one is another amazing one.. One which makes us rethink.. one which makes us know that.. our minds can be controled by us.. with the help of the Lord Our God.. Happiness is not that easy to find.. But it is something we all long for..!! Thanks alot Michael:)

Good morning Michael – it would seem that what you are saying here is that true contentment and thankfulness with where we are in life is the key to happiness in the moment … a moment that can lead to a lifetime of joy! Thanks for being inspiring my friend!

    • Michael says:

Hi Wayne, I read about it earlier. Stay optimistic wherever you are at this moment. Enjoy the moment and create the future you want – have your structure ready !!!

  7. I think this is the service of regular physical exercise – it helps balance the emotions. Cheers, Michael.

I agree, because if we try to look around and start counting our blessings we feel that we are so lucky and blessed, God Bless Michael ….

    • Michael says:

Very true. Counting our blessings gives us peace of mind. Contented that things could be far worse without God’s interference. On the other hand, God want us to be great too. And we should never lose this focus. See you !!!

I feel at times, we forget that it’s natural to feel anger and may sometimes try to suppress it when the feeling surfaces. But I guess anger, like pain, is there for a reason, to bring to our attention of what we need to address in our life – issues that we’ve ignored, feelings that we’ve buried or unresolved. But to experience all these is also what makes us human. I had a classmate who used to say, “If you don’t have a problem, then you’ve really got a problem.” Indeed, I agree that we all need to find an outlet to release those pent up feelings and not bottle them up. Because it’s better to deal with them while you can before they deal with us. Thank you for sharing this, Michael! Have a lovely weekend!🙂

  10. This is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you.
