Find a place to let out all those repressed angers, deep traumas and buried resentments which you may have deep inside your heart. Let it out …….. Shout, scream, express your anger and then release them all. You see, by letting out our repressed anger is not the same as being quick tempered. While, releasing anger heals, losing anger burns – it is just not the same. You will find and feel a lightness of being? It makes you feel good about yourself. And, along the way, your body and mind begins to heal.
